Fortnite’s 14 Days Of Summer event is well under way this fine 4th of July morning.
Players have been diving into new Limited-Time Modes for the past ten days, with a new Unvaulted weapon to play around with each day as well.
And alongside these festivities, each day of the event sees a new challenge and reward. For Day 10, we’re tasked with launching three fireworks found alongside a river bank.
There’s only one real river on the game’s map, dividing the island in half, north to south. Here’s where each Firework can be found and launched:
The locations are:
- The northeastern shore of Lazy Lagoon near the small boats.
- The southernmost point of Lazy Lagoon, on a hill above the waterfall.
- East of Loot Lake on the grass by two vehicles.
- South of Loot Lake and east of Neo Tilted, near a tree on the western bank.
- South of Neo Tilted on the western bank.
- West of Fatal Fields in the snow biome, on the western bank of the river.
The trick to this challenge is that once someone has set one of these fireworks off, it’s gone for the rest of the match. This means that even if you come upon one of these locations you may not find a firework there to launch—some other player could have gotten to it first. Most similar challenges don’t work this way, so good luck.
Yesterday’s Day 9 challenge was scoring trick points on a driftboard with a special 14 Days Of Summer wrap applied. You can read about that one here.
Epic Games and Netflix have also confirmed the upcoming Stranger Things X Fortnite crossover event which sounds pretty neat. Stranger Things lands on Netflix today.
Happy 4th of July! Good luck launching those fireworks!
Fortnite Launch Fireworks Locations: Where are the fireworks along the river bank?
A new Fortnite 14 Days of Summer Challenge is going live at 2pm and today, Thursday 4 July, Epic Games are releasing the following challenge:
Launch fireworks found along the river bank
This challenge is pretty simple, you just need to know exactly where to look and there’s quite a few scattered across the map.
Better still you only need to launch three to complete the challenge, so you could, if you wanted, complete it in one game if you fancied.
Although you don’t need to do all three in one match if you don’t want.
Completing the challenge will reward players with the Low ‘N Slow pickaxe, which you can see below.
For those who don’t remember, the 14 days of Fortnite event will also see a new weapon unvaulted for 24 hours every day of the 14 day event, along with a new LTM to play and a selection of new challenges, rewards and outfits.
Keep reading for details on where to find the fireworks.
