Borderlands 3 Legendary Weapons Guide

Borderlands 3 Legendary Weapons List :

Yesterday, Randy Pitchford ran a poll on his Twitter asking what Borderlands 3 fans wanted to see from the game next. Story DLC won, beating out special events, raids and added progression. Not on the list was something the game needs before any of that can get here. Increased storage space.

Borderlands is a game about loot, and it is also a game that is so jam packed with loot that it is nearly impossible to manage it all. I went through and counted and Borderlands 3 has 167 unique legendaries. That’s triple the amount of storage space you get at max storage space SDU rank, 50 slots. Each character has 40 slots for gear, and 4 more with the weapons they’re holding. And there are a few bonus slots in your room where you can put things on racks, but it makes inventory even harder to keep track of.

It is absolutely wild to me that after watching 5-7 years of loot shooters which all had to learn quickly they had to increase their storage space dramatically, that Borderlands 3 launched with this system in place. Yes, technically if you want one copy of every legendary you can have them, spread out across four characters if you don’t mind using half their inventory as mules and spending half your time throwing out crap and replacing it since you only have 1-3 slots free at any given time, if any.

But it’s obviously not realistic that you would only needs 167 slots anyway. With Anointed weapons, it’s easy to want multiple copies of legendaries with different Anointed rolls on them for different situations. The same goes for different elements on guns, or different stat increases on class mods. Or simply four copies of something that’s so good you want it on every character (Hellwalker, Night Hawkins). You can’t reduce everything down to just one copy of something. And then if you start keeping copies, you eliminate the ability to be a collector, as you realize you have to start tossing the “worst” legendary stuff overboard to make room. And this is to say nothing of epics or rares you might want to keep for whatever reason.

Borderlands 3 Legendary Weapons Locations :

Road Dog is another of the many rare enemy spawns that players can come across in Borderlands 3. When found and defeated, Road Dog will have a chance to drop the Legendary Shotgun, Redline. Overwatch fans will probably also recognize Road Dog as a clear and obvious Road Hog reference, one of the many heroes available to players in Blizzard’s hit FPS. In this guide we’ll show you how to find Road Dog’s location in Borderlands 3.

To find Road Dog, players are going to want to make their way to Pandora, to the Splinterlands. This region of the map becomes available after you complete the quest Blood Drive, and you’ll actually be taken to the place you need to visit while completing that quest.

Head the center plateau in the Splinterlands on Pandora to find Road Dog.

Basically, to find Road Dog, you’re going to want to locate the central plateau area of the Splinterlands. This is where you’ll find a bandit encampment. When you arrive, look out for Road Dog nearby. He’s very hard to miss, as he is a large, chubby enemy. When you spot him, you’re going to want to take him out as quickly as possible. Like many of the other rare targets that you can find in Borderlands 3, this enemy will often show up as a kill target on the bounty posters found throughout the galaxy.

When you kill Road Dog, you’ll have a chance to pick up the Redline Legendary Shotgun. During the Borderlands special anniversary event, this enemy will also have an increased chance to drop Legendaries, making it a great time to farm for this weapon. Be sure to focus on killing Road Dog as quickly as possible when you do encounter him, as letting him attack you too much could lead to your demise.
